Certification
Floodcheck® and its components are fully certified and tested. Below are the WRAS certificates for Floodcheck® and the Tectite Push Fittings.
To qualify for the WRAS certificate the Floodcheck has to periodically undertake and pass several very stringent safety, durability and quality tests.
Here are just a few.
- Pollution Any materials used in the product that come into contact with the water must not pollute, taint, or discolour the water supply.
- Durability the valve must perform 200,000 open and shut cycled continuously without fault.
- Pressure Tests .The valve must be able to withstand for a short period pressure test 100% higher than its design.
- C.E. Test All electrical circuits and any components used must pass EU safety standards and magnetic interference standards.
Copies of all other reports and certifications are available, on request, by either post or email.
Warranty
The Floodcheck® Auto and all of its components are warranted against defect in manufacture for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase maybe required.
Please Note The warranty is limited to the cost of a replacement Floodcheck® Auto and its components as purchased.
The faulty unit must be returned to the supplier.
