Q I have no water. What do I do?
A Press the RESET button and wait for 30 seconds. If this doesn’t work consult the Support Pages or phone 07803 071001
Q Can I run water for more than 15 minutes?
A Yes, just press BYPASS on the Water Control Switch. You can then run water for up to 1 hour, or you can adjust the amount of time to suit your needs. Instructions can be found on the Adjust Flow Time Page
Q What happens if I go on holiday?
A Press the VACATE button when leaving. If you forget to do this the water will be switched off automatically after 24 hours of non use. On your return press the RESET button and wait 30seconds.
Q What happens if I have a power cut?
A The system ‘remembers’ its settings and will continue as normal when the power returns.
Q Is there a warranty on Floodcheck® Auto?
A The Floodcheck® Auto and all of its components are warranted against any defect in manufacture for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Please Note: The warranty is limited to the cost of a replacement Floodcheck® Auto and its components as purchased.
Faulty units need to be returned to the supplier.
